Hoppy Mail was created as a gentle space—something soft to arrive in your mailbox when the world feels a little too loud. Each month carries a different feeling…


Sometimes it’s about comfort, like a warm hug on a heavy day.
Sometimes it’s about connection, a reminder that you’re not alone.
Sometimes it’s about growth, even when it feels messy and uncertain.

These letters are not about having everything figured out.

Hoppy Mail is a monthly snail mail subscription.

Each envelope is thoughtfully put together and may include: A personal letter, Art postcards, Stickers, Mini art prints, and other sweet surprises

Every month follows a unique theme, designed to bring encouragement and a sense of connection.

📅 Billing & Subscription

Hoppy Mail is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month on the date you signed up.


⏳ Sign-Up Cut-Off

Sign-ups close on the 7th of each month.

Orders placed on or before the 7th will receive that month’s Hoppy Mail

Orders placed after the 7th will be included in the following month

 

❌ Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before the 7th

Cancellations made after the 7th will apply to the following month

 

💸 Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of this subscription, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.

 

📦 Shipping

Hoppy Mail is packed and shipped between the 1st and 12th of each month.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


📍 Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before the 7th.

We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.

 

✉️ Lost or Delayed Mail

Once your mail has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal service.

If your Hoppy Mail hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
